NiSi True Colour Pro Nano CPL Filter 112mm

The NiSi True Colour Pro Nano CPL filter (112mm) is designed for Nikon's brand new Z-series 14-24mm f/2.8S lens. The Nikon Z 14-24mm f/2.8S uses a 112mm standard screw-in filter with the included HB-97 lens hood that comes with the lens. The True Colour CPL filter prevents the yellow cast introduced when using regular CPLs.

The NiSi True Colour CPL Filter is designed to reduce glare and reflections from non-metallic surfaces, increase saturation and vibrancy in the sky and foliage and ensure that true colour reproduction is at its best is by eliminating the warming effect that many polarizers create. The True Colour CPL filter removes the warm tone seen with other brands of CPL filters and provides a more accurate representation of the true colours of the scene. The True Colour CPL filter has a unique two-tone frame with a silver back ring, black front ring and both are made of high-quality aluminum. NiSi's True Colour CPL filter uses Cine seal technology that blackens the edge of the CPL for extra durability. This technology reduces the influence of temperature fluctuations and keeps condensation at bay.

A circular polarizing filter helps reduce reflections and glare by filtering out light that has been polarized by reflection from a non-metallic surface. The sun's light is naturally partially polarized by reflection of electrons in air molecules, causing the light to scatter into what appears to be a haze. A polarizing filter arranges and filters this directionally polarized light perpendicular to the reflected light, allowing much of this light to be absorbed. This results in a noticeable reduction in glare and reflections from non-metallic surfaces and an increase in the saturation of the sky and foliage, and allows the camera to capture what is beneath the surface of shallow water.

The patented NiSi Pro Nano Coating helps reduce unwanted reflections and provides a waterproof and scratch-resistant layer to help remove unwanted fingerprints, dust and water spots.

NiSi's ultra-thin filter uses a double-sided, multi-coating lens technology that uses high-quality optical glass. The NiSi 112mm Circular True Colour CPL Filter features an exclusive "U" type anti-reflective nano coating and a hardened waterproof coating.
