The OM SYSTEM M.Zuiko 50-200mm f/2.8 IS is the perfect lens for every nature lover and adventurer. The extensive zoom range makes the lens suitable for all forms of nature photography. Complete weather sealing, a relatively lightweight design and powerful 5-axis Sync IS make the lens ideal for handheld outdoor use.

The focal range has a 35mm equivalent of 100-400mm. The super-telephoto zoom lens is incredibly versatile: you can switch from interesting close-ups to sweeping landscapes in no time. This versatility is perfect for photographers and adventurers who prefer to head out with as little gear as possible. With the separately available MC-20 ×2 teleconverter, you can extend the range yourself to 800mm.

For close-ups, the lens offers a maximum magnification of 0.5× in full-frame equivalent at a focusing distance of 0.78m. With the MC-20 teleconverter, the magnification can be extended to 1:1 for life-size macro shots.

When speed matters, you can shoot at 50fps with continuous autofocus. Prefer precision? With in-camera focus stacking, every detail of your photo is razor-sharp. A constant aperture of f/2.8 across the entire zoom range ensures plenty of light and interesting focusing possibilities.

The OM SYSTEM M.Zuiko 50-300mm f/2.8 IS PRO also features the most powerful 5-axis Sync IS for effortless handheld shoots. For a large lens, the design is relatively lightweight, which helps with handheld shooting. You do not have to worry about the weather conditions: the lens has the world’s first complete weather sealing.

OM SYSTEM MC 2.0 Teleconverter

The OM SYSTEM MC 2.0 Teleconverter is a powerful teleconverter, designed for use with OM SYSTEM and Olympus M.Zuiko PRO lenses. It allows the focal length of the lens to be increased by up to 2x, giving the photographer an incredibly long reach for subjects at a great distance. This teleconverter is an excellent choice for nature and wildlife photography, where the distance to the subject is often considerable.

The MC-20 is designed to preserve the optical quality of the lens as much as possible. The optical construction is of high quality and consists of 9 elements in 4 groups. The teleconverter causes a light loss of two f-stops. However, this enables very high magnification and a very shallow depth of field, which is an advantage in macro photography, for example.

Like the M.Zuiko PRO lenses, the MC-20 is also built to last. The weather-sealed construction is dust-, splash- and freeze-resistant down to -10°C, ensuring reliable operation even in demanding conditions. In addition, the lens has a fluorine coating on the front and rear elements to repel dirt and water.
