The Panasonic LUMIX S 14-28mm F/4-5.6 Macro is an ultra-wide-angle macro lens suitable for the Panasonic L mount. Thanks to the zoom range, this lens is for instance, suitable for landscapes, portraits and close-ups. 

Quality

The Panasonic LUMIX S 14-28mm F/4-5.6 Macro offers a highly accurate AF system that operates smoothly and silently. When you use the non-linear setting, the focus shifts based on your rotation speed of the focus ring. The sensitivity of the focus ring can be adjusted from 90º to 360º, giving you excellent focus control.

For smooth exposure changes, use the micro-step aperture control, which makes it easy to adjust aperture one step at a time. This lens also features a technique that reduces focus breathing, ideal for your videos.

Lens structure

This lens consists of 14 lens elements in 10 groups, including one aspherical ED element (Extra-Low Dispersion), one aspherical element, three ED elements and one UHR  element (Ultra High Refractive Index). The use of these aspherical elements ensures sharp details and beautiful bokeh, while the three ED elements effectively reduce chromatic aberration, allowing you to enjoy high-quality photos.

Macro

With a minimum focusing distance of 15 cm across the entire zoom range, this lens is ideal for macro photography. The lens has macro magnification between 0.25x (14 mm) and 0.5x (28 mm). 

Compact design

Do you often make long days when you are shooting? That's no problem thanks to the compact size and weight of this lens. The lens weighs just 345 grams and has a length of 89.9 mm. Thanks to its dust- and splashproof design, you won't have to worry when shooting in adverse conditions, also this lens is suitable for temperatures between -10 and +40 degrees celcius.
