With the Rollei Compact Traveler No. 1 Carbon in black, Rollei has a tailor-made solution for these seemingly contradictory requirements. The Rollei Compact Traveller No. 1 Carbon has the typical tripod design: the four extendable legs can rotate a full 180°, folding to an amazingly compact 33 cm when stored. The Compact Traveler No. 1 is made of robust, lightweight and high-tech carbon fiber, which reduces its weight to less than a kilo: even professional travel photographers only need to carry 980 grams of luggage. The tripod can handle up to 8 kg of camera equipment - a ratio of tripod to a payload of 1:8! Macro shots near the ground, which usually require additional equipment, are also possible thanks to the rotating legs. The 360° panoramic ball head on the Rollei Compact Traveller No. 1 Carbon has a standardized, Arca Swiss-compatible quick-change plate that even professional SLR camera housings with super-telephoto lenses and accessories can easily handle for quick target shifts. Stable spikes with protective caps keep the tripod stable on any surface, and a camera body or other object can be suspended from the center column's 360° rotating hook to increase tripod stability. The quickly clamping tripod legs quickly extend to their maximum height of 142 cm. When space is tight, the Rollei Compact Traveler No. 1 Carbon can be used as a monopod. A bag for the monopod is included. Also included are a wide, comfortable shoulder strap, a full set of tools and a tripod bag that also functions as a backpack.
