The Samyang 75mm F/1.8 AF Sony FE is a full-frame telephoto lens that lends itself particularly well to portrait photography. With its 230g and 69mm, the lens is lightweight and small in size, making it easy to take with you wherever you go. It has a maximum aperture of f/1.8, which in combination with the 9 aperture blades results in beautiful, high-quality bokeh.
It is made up of 10 elements in 9 groups, using 5 special lens elements: 3 extra-low dispersion elements and 2 high-refraction elements. Thanks to this lens design, this lens allows you to create images with incredible sharpness, minimizing chromatic aberration and distortion.
The lens is also equipped with an advanced autofocus system in the form of a Samyang Stepping Motor (STM). This system ensures fast, accurate and silent focusing, so that you as an image maker can effortlessly capture the most beautiful moments.
The lens also has a special switch. This switch allows you to get more out of your focus ring. In addition to focusing, you can also control the aperture with your focus ring when you flip the switch.
