With this lens, you will enjoy great contrast and resolution thanks to the 4 HR and 1 ED lens elements. Samyang's advanced coating technology not only maintains image sharpness in low-light conditions, but also provides a brighter image thanks to the improved Colour Contribution Index (CCI).
Faster, Precise and Quieter Autofocus
Samyang's Linear Stepper Motor (STM) provides the high thrust you need for fast, accurate and silent AF and Tracking. This allows you to make the most of the advantages of Sony E-mount cameras.
Unlike its predecessor, this lens is optimised not only for photography, but also for video recording, minimising vibrations and noise. When shooting video, you also enjoy a silent and smooth autofocus.
