The Sigma 18-50 mm F2.8 DC DN Contemporary is a standard zoom lens for APS-C mirrorless cameras. With a zoom range of 27-75 mm in 35 mm equivalent, it is widely deployable.

Use the zoom for photo and video applications, like capturing landscapes or events, as well as for portraits and architectural photos. In addition, the lens is ideally suited for macro-style close-up photography thanks to a maximum magnification ratio of 1:2.8 and a minimum focusing distance of 12.1 cm. You can also easily photograph in low light thanks to the large aperture of F/2.8 across the entire zoom range.

Three high-precision glass-cast aspherical elements along with a minimal number of lens elements ensure superior optical quality. The stepper motor ensures a very fast and quiet autofocus. At 290 grams, the lens is lightweight and compact, so it is ideal to always have on your camera as a standard lens.
