Description
The Sirui R-2204 Reporter Tripod pulls its weight when it comes to strength, durability and usability. The flat shoulder construction makes this tripod ideal for both film and photography. By replacing the mounting plate for a universal plate, such as a bowl adapter or balance plate, you can turn the tripod into an easy to level video tripod.
Power house
In order to support not just lightweight DSLRs, but also heavier video camera, the legs have an impressive 36-mm diameter. As such, it can easily handle a load of up to 15 kg.
Unusually low angles
The centre column can be reversed, for recording from unusually low angles. The integrated bubble level helps to straighten the composition. For speed and convenience, each leg has an automatic leg angle lock mechanism.
