The SmallRig 4643 Carbon Fibre Tripod Kit FT-S303 is a carbon fibre tripod designed for professional outdoor videography. The legs feature a FreeSpeed-Twist quick-release design, making it easy and efficient to set up by tightening double knobs to lock all three sections. The working height ranges from 27cm to 150cm and a compact storage length of 74cm.
The use of 30mm diametre for the legs ensures a lightweight design without compromising stability and load-bearing capacity. This tripod, with a built-in bubble level, works with a 65mm cup base for levelling and easy management of frame level. The kit includes a compact fluid head with a damping system that allows you to pan the camera smoothly. When the centre of gravity height is at 50 mm, the pan and preset fixed counterweight system can help to accurately control the camera or other rigs weighing up to 4 kg for great counterbalance.
The video head can hold up to 6 kg. It features a newly designed snap-on quick-release plate mount, a more efficient mounting solution than traditional slide-on solutions, which is compatible with the DJI RS series quick-release plate and 501PL quick-release plate to realize a free switch between stabilizer shooting and tripod shooting. The kit also features 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threaded holes for attaching accessories such as magic arms, along with a built-in flat head screw for easy camera installation and removal. It weighs only 2.9 kg.
