The SmallRig 5393 Lens Hood for FUJIFILM X half in the colour silver is designed to protect your camera lens from stray light that can affect image quality. It attaches securely to the front of the lens with a thumbscrew and all contact points have protective pads to prevent scratches.
After installation, the Lens hood effectively blocks backlight, side light and light from above, resulting in sharper images with less glare. The aluminium alloy construction provides durable protection against bumps and scratches while shooting.
The silver version has a black lacquer coating on the inside to eliminate light reflections that cause glare. This Lens hood is fully compatible with SmallRig's optional UV filters (SmallRig ID 5214, 5392) and VND filters (ND2-ND5) (SmallRig ID 5225, 5391) designed for the FUJIFILM X half-camera.
