The Sony FE 50mm F2.8 Macro lens is a standard macro lens that is designed for Sony E-mount full-frame mirrorless cameras. in addition, it can also be used on APS-C models where it provides an equivalent focal length of 75mm. This diaphragm ensures excellent image quality and bokeh. Moreover, with this lens you have a 1: 1 macro capability for sharp close-up shooting.
The Sony FE 50mm F2.8 Macro lens is equipped with various settings to ensure high-quality macro shots. It is among other things equipped with a focus mode switch, focus range limiter, and a focus hold button. The lens offers a minimum focusing distance of 16cm and a wider frame to capture more background in macro shots.
The ED glass (extra-low dispersion) ensures clear and high-quality images. Axial chromatic aberration is effectively compensated by a sharp focus. In addition, the circular aperture produces beautiful bokeh effects.
This lens is dust and water resistant, making it ideal for use in various weather conditions. In addition, with a weight of 236 grams, it is particularly light.
