The Sony SEL 28mm F2.0 full-frame lens is an excellent choice as an additional lens with a set of standard lenses. It has a bright maximum aperture of F2.0 and excellent overall optical performance. Advanced lenses provide excellent sharpness to the edge of the image, plus a flowing bokeh where it is needed.
A maximum aperture of F2.0 makes it easier to shoot clear images indoors or in low light handheld. A built-in focusing mechanism provides a stable, quiet autofocus that is ideal for both videos and still images. 3 aspherical elements, including an AA-lens (advanced aspherical lens) and two ED elements, plus an overall multilayer coating ensures superb optical performance in a compact lens.
