The Tamron 20-40 mm F/2.8 Di III VXD lens is an unmatched standard zoom with a large maximum aperture of f/2.8. The lens offers high-quality image quality throughout the entire zoom range and delivers stunning shots, both still and video. Tamron's VXD linear focusing mechanism is fast, accurate and quiet. At the longest end of the zoom range, the lens offers a focal length of 40 mm, ideal for everyday photos and snapshots. At the shortest end of the zoom range, the lens offers an ultra-wide focal length of 20 mm for photos with a unique ultra-wide angle perspective. Thanks to a minimum focusing distance of just 17 centimetres and a maximum image size of 1:3.8 in the wide-angle position, this lens is also ideally suited to shooting at close range.
The compact, lightweight case is only 86.5 mm long and weighs 365 grams. The design is extremely handy, so you can easily take the lens with you on the road.
