The Tokina SZX Super Tele 400mm F/8.0 Reflex MF Sony E + 2x Extender is a set consisting of the Tokina SZX Super Tele 400mm F8 Reflex MF telephoto lens and two Extender teleconverters for T-mount (TA-020), allowing you to shoot at ultra-high magnification.

The Tokina SZX Super Tele 400 mm F8 Reflex MF is a 400 mm catadioptric super-telephoto lens with a constant F8 aperture. The lens offers a compact alternative to standard telephoto lenses as more and more photographers look to lighten their equipment. The model is designed with active travellers in mind who photograph landscapes, birds and wildlife. For them, it is important for the lens to be compact and lightweight.

The Tokina SZ 2x Extender for T-mount (TA-020) is a universal optical teleconverter that increases the focal length of the lens by 2 times. For example, the focal length for the Tokina SZX Super Tele 400mm F8 Reflex MF lens becomes 800mm for full-frame cameras, and on cameras with APS-C and Micro 4/3 sensors, the equivalent focal length will be 1200mm and 1600mm, respectively.

The teleconverter has a universal threaded T mount and is installed directly beforeóór the lens (i.e. between the lens and the bayonet adapter). Recommended for shooting from long distances when the focal length of the lens is not sufficient to achieve the desired magnification.
