The Urth ND64 1000 (6 10 Stop) Variable ND Lens Filter (Plus+) is a professional, variable ND filter that offers 6 to 10 f-stops of light reduction. This gives you more creative control in situations with changing light. So it is possible to use larger apertures in bright light and still create a shallow depth of field. Or you can use long shutter speeds without overexposing the image.

The Plus+ series has 20 layers of nano-coating that are easier to clean and offer better protection against water, oil and scratches. These layers also provide higher maximum light transmission and a more coherent transmission curve for better light reduction. When used with very large lenses, above f/9, the X-effect may occur.

The Germany-leading B270 SCHOTT optical lens has a 20-layer nano-coating for better light transmission, higher protection and easier cleaning. Our specially designed ultra-thin edge combats vignetting and our durable magnalium has a lifetime warranty. All our filters are double-threaded, so you can stack filters or use lens caps with screw mounts.
