Viltrox 85mm F/1.8 AF Nikon Z
Distinguished by its sleek design and advanced optics, the Viltrox 85mm F/1.8 AF Nikon Z is a portrait-length prime designed for Nikon Z-mount mirrorless cameras. The lens's short-telephoto focal length combines with the bright f/1.8 design to allow working in a variety of lighting conditions and also for controlling depth of field and isolating subject matter. The optical design consist of one extra-low dispersion element and four elements made from short wavelength, highly transparent glass, which help to reduce chromatic aberrations in order to realize high clarity and accurate colours. An HD Nano multi-layer coating has also been applied to suppress flare and ghosting for improved contrast when working in strong lighting conditions. Additionally, the lens features an STM motor for quick, quiet autofocus performance along with a minimum focusing distance of 2.6' for working with close-up subjects.
This prime lens is designed for FX-format Nikon Z-mount mirrorless cameras, but can also be used with DX models where it provides a 127.5mm equivalent focal length.
