Description
Voigtländer Nokton 50mm F/1.2 Type II ASPH Leica M-mount black
.The Voigtländer Nokton 50mm F/1.2 Type II ASPH lens (Leica M-mount, black) combines the tradition of fast standard lenses with state-of-the-art optical technology. Two double-sided aspherical lens elements ensure exceptional image quality - even at open aperture - and enable soft, expressive bokeh.
With its fast 12-blade Aperture for particularly round blurred circles and compact design, this lens is a versatile companion for demanding portrait, reportage and existing-light photography. The short overall length reduces vignetting in the viewfinder - ideal for use on rangefinder cameras.
Thanks to the precisely crafted, all-metal focusing mechanism and optimally tuned torque, the lens offers pleasantly smooth, sensitive handling. Weighing just 322g, it remains pleasantly light and balanced.
Fitted with the VM mount (compatible with the Leica M system), it convinces not only on classic rangefinder cameras, but also on mirrorless cameras via an adapter - with harmonious balance and full creative possibilities.
Optionally available: metal Lens hoods (LH-14 compact or LH-15 in vintage style). Both are also reversible for transport.
This lens is aimed at ambitious photographers who want to combine the classic 50mm angle of view with modern performance. Ideal for manual focus enthusiasts who value high speed, excellent processing quality and particularly soft bokeh.
Differences from version I: overall weight has been further reduced (344g to 322g) and the filter ring is now completely black (instead of silver). The optical design has not changed.
