The Westcott FJ200 Strobe is designed for photographers looking for a compact flash without sacrificing power. With a charge time of 0.05 to 1.3 seconds, this 200 Ws round-head flash can flash 450 times per battery charge at full power with unrivalled colour stability. In the process, this portable flash fits in the palm of your hand.

The FJ200 strobe features an integrated FJ Wireless Flash System receiver. As a result, the flash offers unrivalled features, including camera compatibility with multiple brands and High Speed Sync (HSS), TTL and more when combined with an optional FJ-X2m Universal Wireless Trigger or the separately available FJ80 Universal Touchscreen Speedlight. These cordless transmitters mount easily on a camera's hotshoe and are compatible with most cameras from Canon, Nikon, Sony (with adapter), Fujifilm, Panasonic Lumix and Olympus. The flash can also be controlled by a Canon RT transmitter.

Like the FJ400 Strobe, the FJ200 has an extended flash tube and a round flash head for superior light output compared to traditional flash units. This design provides higher light output and more even light distribution for filling light shapers.

The FJ200 Strobe offers highly accurate colour temperature stability at 5500K (+/-150K) across the entire 9-stop power range in 0.1-stop increments. This means colour-consistent images throughout the shot and consistent colours with other FJ Wireless Flash System flash heads. The wireless system allows up to 16 groups to be controlled over 32 separate channels up to a distance of 100 metres to avoid interference with other photographers or to create different setups.

With an intuitive menu system and a colour LCD display, the FJ200 features manual and TTL flash modes, HSS up to 1/8000s, front and rear sync, freeze sync up to 1/20000s, continuous capture up to 20fps, automatic memory recall, group and channel assignment, group exposure compensation, TTL to equicalent manual, setting lamp settings and much more. This compact FJ200 Strobe uses an energy-efficient 5 Watt 5600K (+/-200K) LED adjustment lamp with automatic adjustment and independent power control. The powerful removable 14.4V 2500mAh lithium-polymer battery is fully recharged in just 2 hours, offering freedom when working on location. Designed with safety in mind, the battery is equipped with a self-checking 2-stage heat protection system to ensure safe operation during prolonged use.

Use the 5-inch 70-degree metal reflector and 30-degree grid to direct the light exactly where you want it to fall on your subject. Use the six colour and diffusion mirrors to create dramatic effects, change the colour of backgrounds and soften light output. The removable tilt head offers secure mounting and positioning of photography umbrellas and umbrella-based light shapers. A protective cap for the flash tube and a carrying bag ensure safe transport and storage.
