Complaints procedure

We regret to hear that you are not satisfied with our services. We will do everything we can to correct any mistakes made in our process and leave you with a satisfied feeling.

Should you have a complaint about a product or our services, please contact us through our contact page. You will generally receive a response within 24 hours, but within seven days at the latest. Our response will also be your proof of receipt.

  • No - Submit your complaint to the Direct Sales Disputes Committee - Sorted

If, unfortunately, it does come to the point where you want to submit your complaint to the Direct Sales Disputes Committee, you can do so here. You can also submit your complaint to the Disputes Committee via the European ODR Platform. You can do so here.
